Wow Toys Advent Calendars – the perfect countdown to Christmas for 0 – 5 year olds

We have talked about WOW toys before on Globalmouse  – we love this British company which make toys which really work for kids – no batteries to run out and robust enough to be used by toddlers and pre-schoolers over and over again and really loved. Our four year old adores the bright colours of the toys and they are played with regularly.

So we were really pleased when we learnt that WOW toys had their own set of advent calendars especially developed for the festive season. Forget tiny pieces of chocolate every day, these calendars deliver a toy a day which builds up into a great set. The advent calendar box also cleverly turns into a background for the toys to be played on. The three calendars in the range are –

The WOW FarmYard which, like all the range, comes complete with 24 toys including lots of animals but also a snow covered Christmas tree, farmer and tractor.

There is also a sweet little Christmas town which comes with a policeman, car, Father Christmas, presents and two little shops amongst others –

And also my favourite, the wonderland advent calendar which comes with some lovely pieces including stockings, Christmas tree, Father Christmas and fireplace –

Wow Toys Wonderland advent calendar

Each of the calendars are such a great set that will have a long life well after Christmas has finished. They really are a fabulous alternative to chocolate!

And Globalmouse readers can win their own WOW advent calendar here, just let us know what you are most looking forward to this Christmas –

I love the part of Christmas where I get to give people the gifts I chose. I like to see people’s happy faces and stop worrying that they wont like what I chose.

I am struggling to look forward to christmas this year, because me and my ex have split up and I am going to find it difficult spending some time away from my daughter, but I am looking forward to making some memories of me and my daughter and lots of christmas baking.
