Starters
We kicked off our meal with the nachos, a Hard Rock Cafe classic. And they did not disappoint. A generous serving of crispy tortilla chips piled high with melted cheese, jalapeños, fresh pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole, they were the perfect start to our meal.
The portion size is ideal for sharing, making it a great option for families or groups to dive into together. Each bite was packed with flavour, and it set the stage for the delicious dishes to come.

We also tried the One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp. The crispy shrimp were perfectly cooked, with a delightful crunch. Tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce they were full of flavour and just the right amount of heat. Served on a bed of crisp coleslaw, this starter was as satisfying as it was vibrant. A real must-try for seafood lovers.

Main courses at Hard Rock Cafe Tampa Airport
One of the highlights of dining at Hard Rock Cafe Tampa Airport is the inclusive menu. This caters to all dietary preferences. With vegetarians and vegans in our family it’s a great choice as a restaurant for us.
Burgers
Veggies will love the Moving Mountains Burger, a plant-based patty served on a soft brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion, accompanied by a generous helping of crispy fries. It’s hearty, filling, and packed with smoky flavours.
As a side note the dip that comes with the fries is amazing.

For vegans, the Impossible Burger is another standout. Topped with vegan cheese and served with a fresh side salad, it’s a great option that ensures no one feels left out. These dishes are not just “alternatives” — they’re crafted with the same attention to detail as everything else on the menu.
Kids meals at Hard Rock Cafe Tampa Airport
Families travelling with children will be delighted by the new kids’ menu. This has been created in collaboration with football legend Lionel Messi. Packed with fun and flavour, the menu offers something for every young diner.

The Mac & Cheese is a firm favourite for younger diners. Featuring twisted cavatappi pasta coated in a creamy cheese sauce, served with a choice of sides. Another great option is the Twisted ‘n Tasty Cavatappi Pasta, topped with marinara sauce and served with fresh broccoli — a delicious and slightly healthier option for little ones. The dishes are perfectly portioned and designed to keep kids happy and energised before a flight.
Lighter options
The Grilled Salmon at Hard Rock Cafe Tampa Airport is also a standout dish. It combines fresh flavours with a touch of elegance. Perfectly cooked to achieve a tender, flaky texture, the salmon is seasoned with a subtle blend of spices.

Served alongside a medley of fresh vegetables and your choice of side, it’s a dish that feels wholesome yet indulgent. Whether you’re craving a lighter option or simply love seafood, the grilled salmon is a must-try on their diverse menu.

Dessert
No meal at the Hard Rock Cafe is complete without dessert, and the Tampa Airport location doesn’t disappoint. We indulged in the Hot Fudge Brownie, which was as decadent as it sounds. Treat yourself to a warm, gooey chocolate brownie topped with vanilla bean ice cream, hot fudge, chocolate sprinkles, fresh whipped cream, and a cherry—it’s absolute heaven for chocolate lovers!
For something lighter yet equally indulgent, the New York Cheesecake was a hit. Indulge in the rich, creamy, and smooth dessert served with a fresh strawberry sauce and a dollop of whipped cream—it’s the perfect balance of flavours.
We also tried the Homemade Apple Cobbler, an old-fashioned classic featuring warm Granny Smith apples baked to golden perfection, topped with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with caramel sauce. It was comforting and delicious, the ideal way to round off our meal.
